Just got home with new build. Been using and abusing the same computer for 7 years. P4 2.8 HT, 2g ddr1 ram, agp vid card, win xp. It was top of the line in 2003, but these days most of you guys have left me in the dust! With the help of my brother-in-law (who just happens to own a computer shop) I was able to get enough money together for a new one.
Phenom 2 quad 945, 4g ddr2 1066 ram,2 wd750 black hard drives configured in raid o, ati 5770 viv card, win 7 64bit. Am amazed and freaked out by the speed of this thing! Haven't seen the wife or the dog in two days. They may have left and I just don't know it yet. I hope not, because I really liked that dog.
