There is "Komet" too - german raider / auxiliary cruiser. Only one.
About tankers and other german ships - some can be leave in port, but I remember at the first years of war some german tankers refuel uboats.

Ozzys problem, like mine, is with the Germans having a Liberty ship as part of their merchant fleet.
