I would bet it will work with SHV in it's current state, but as mentioned above it would be totally unsupported. At least for the time being.

I get emails from people all the time telling me how it works with games that I've never heard of! It's great to hear, but it was always my intention to make it as dynamic, thus flexible, as possible.
To that end, I've no doubt that it will work with SH5 in the sense of simply enabling/disabling mods. The compatibility issue arises in the sense of DRM/OSP and how that affects SH5's way of handling mods.
The thought of using JSGME to enable mods only to have them blown away by some auto on-line update or synchronisation concerns me for a number of obvious reasons.
