Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie) I found here at SUBSIM. The authors are very scientific in their approach to humor. Haven't read all the way through yet, but it's a crackup. Their
website seems to be a tongue-in-cheek homage to conspiracy theories.
Getting back to visibility, I'll see what I can do with S3D. Had a look at the OLC environment mod in the downloads section a few minutes ago. The README mentions adjusting values in Cameras.dat, and I think I might be able to increase performance by lowering some numbers in there. Will take some time to test it all out, though.
