What does your SH3Cmdr.ini file's listing for him look like? If it's listing a bunch of zeros that might be the cause. In which case (and I'm just guessing here) simply removing the listing might get it going again. Make a back-up of the file just in case, as you'll lose his picture and all his info, so you'll need to re-acquire it again manually in SH3 Commander.
