It is going to take a very long time for domestic car manufacturers to rebuild (or even build) their reputations for me. Since 2000 we have had two Fords cars in our family and both of them were crap.
I will stick with Toyota. Never had a problem and I am driving our 4th Toyota.
Now, if I were in the market for a truck, I would consider a domestic truck. Trucks are what American manufacturers can build well.
