IL-2 as not died. Birds of Prey is not the true successor of IL-2. The original team is working on Storm of War shich WILL blow your mind

Ubi will use OSP for all games, SH5 was just unlucky enough to be caught by it. For Ubi the stakes are much higher than this niche game. It's possible that they might be willing to sacrifice it just to see how much OSP will affect sales. That thought makes you wanna give a beer to the devs which have no blame in this
