if you have it as an mp3 file there are many programs that will let you convert it to other audio formats including .ogg -
one is dBPoweramp (I think that's correct) which jimbuna may have been the one to recommend a while back in another thread, anyway they have a free trial version with which you can convert mp3 to ogg (just make sure you get and install the necessary codecs). i tried it and liked it especially since it let me do "batch conversions" of whole bunches of files at one go.
there's other freeware or shareware out there that will do the same job, no doubt others here can recommend more!
