So, erm, instead of having "Willi Pelz" every career you'll have "Franz Johann". I mean, I'm sure the modders will change the guys substantially, but if SH5 is set up to re-use the
same guys
every career, then it really makes no difference. Unless, of course, someone builds an SH3Cmdr equivalent to mix the crew around each time?
