Hi all,
Just installed Rub1.43b and I have some questions...
After reading the readme file, it suggested to go ahead and click on "no map contact update". Well, I did that and now when I look at the navigation map, ships and other contacts are not represented by squares and neither are their bearings. My position is represented as a dot.
Is this a feature of Rub1.43 or the realism setting I clicked on? Since I'm relatively new to SHIII, I still would like this info displayed on my navigation chart. I hope its not a bug...
Also, I installed it while I was in port and started a new mission. Siad my base was changed to Kiel (from Wilhelmshaven) and it started me of the African coast!!
Must be some new war technology...
