It's a excellent site and you have nothing to worry about. The new thing is that you have to register and login. It takes maximum 5 minutes to do so.

http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/. you find the mod under the link: SH 3 Downloads, then Silent Hunter 3 (General sektion) and then the mod is named "PascalSmoke(1.4 ready).7z
