There was this bloke back in the 1930s who had an idea you seem to approve of, he knew that a strong nation needed to cleanse itself of the weakest.

But he might want to renounce it if he wants any benefit from the move, after all America does have pretty good tax rates compared to many countries.
So in all probability if he doesn't dump the citizenship he will not only pay the high local taxes he will also still get stung for US taxes.
Good idea, they havn't been forced into a taxdeal with the US yet like so many of the traditional havens have.
Can you remind me again just how much of a multi-millionaire you need to be to avail of tax avoidance facilities in Monaco.
