Thanks everyone, did some more playing around, used several of your suggestions, along with going through and making sure I had the administrator compatibilities turned on for SH3, Commander, and JSGME. That seemed to help quite a bit.

Finally got the Lite Harbor Traffic working. Racerboy's effects mod is up and running and it's pretty awesome. Still no luck with the contact colors coming back, not terribly important I guess.
I still have yet to see a lifeboat get deployed. Anybody else have this trouble?? Do they not deploy on every sink? Only certain kinds of sink? Or is it just not working for me? I just finished a patrol and sunk 6 ships with no lifeboats at all. Anyway, thanks again for all the help so far!
