AHA!!!

I searched the threads and found the answer to my problem.

In the ATI Catalyst Control Center, you have to DISABLE "Catalyst AI."
Now I have to decide which I prefer:
AA/AF and 20-30 FPS, or 60 FPS with jagged edges.
