after that they showed the UI:
1) in the upper right corner one can manage the views, the radio messages and the crew
2) in the lower left you can manage speed and depth and a small window for the nav map is also shown
3) upper left are the torpedo-controls
one can stroll through the whole boat and to each member appear dialog-boxes (if wanted).
there seem to be a lot of historical missions and what I could detect there are 3types of VII to choose from.
