Well , i remember a trailer of sh3 before the release with rough weather, diving in a storm. but nothing about in SHV
perhaps is based in sh4 ,and the stock behavior in this game was very poor, like Helium submarines and underwater rails.
i supose that some screenshots and a video of a storm can cause a severe damage in games sales
