Found a download for Commander 2.4 and the combined skin pack on the web.

A big thanks to the Avon Lady for her FAQ site with the hyperlink to Filefront for the download (it was still there).

I've been around this forum long enough to remember the Avon Lady and her posts, back around five years ago.
