I suppose you could also fire a torp, and then lag two at a few degrees of the primary shot on either side with snapshots, and then use active sonar to guide them later on... one into the huge cloud of active decoys, preenable it, until it is well through and reenable it, and send both of the laggers around the sides of the cloud... This depends on being able to guess the target location, based on the decoys it drops , which show up nicely on active sonar at range, and how your torpedos behave (triangulation with two torps is tasty as you guys have mentioned ), but I have a lot to learn as well, although I used this in a mission to get a kill with the Seawolf at 35kyrds against the AI.

With this technique, you'll know your torps have aquired decoys if off-bearing torps don't drift when they are aquiring, meaning they have aquired a stationary target. So if two torps have aquired the same target, and neither of them is changing course, you have to do something about that or you are going to blow up a lot of little bubbles.
