I'm in my seventh patrol out of Lorient and when I'm at port I can only get the 2nd Flotilla Emblem. The Sim will not let me have any of the tga type Emblems that are in the "SubEmblem" folder.

Can't figure this one out.

In other Careers I swear I could pick between a Flotilla Emblem or a "Sub Emblem" before the seventh patrol.

Any one know whats happing here.
