Not if you're launching the space shuttle, tracking all the nuclear vessels on the ocean, utilizing an air traffic controller program to follow each aircraft in the air and playing a Silent Hunter game....all at the same time.
There is not enough RAM not matter how much RAM you install.
I have 8 on a 64bit Vista. It is truly nice not to have to worry about system performance with game or application. Just load, push all the buttons to 11 and go.
