I tried both your link, and I dug into the forum myself and posted a link, and both came back with a "Page cannot be found" type error.
What I will do, in the next few days, is open up a new subfolder on my Mediafire account and download as many of these mods as I can and re-upload them on my page so they will be there for everyone who does not want to dig through the Cyrillic
With proper mod credits.
