I knocked this up for myself a while back. It may help so I have put it in downloads for you.

From the readme:
I altered the map overlay to take off the really dark shadows that were in the top left hand corner.
I also added a fixed nomograph. I found the draggable ones tricky to use.
I can't remember where I got the nomograph from.
If anyone recognizes it please contact me and I will add the relevant credit
