Meh, I got the X52 a couple of years ago... It still works, but I could never get used to the cheap, plasticy feel, and it just wasn't nearly as precise and accurate as my Sidewinder FFB2.
The throttle that came with the X52, however, was quite awesome. Even after I dumped a glass of water on top of it, the thing still worked fine
(Except for the squeaking everytime I used it) Using a virtual joystick program, I stuck it together with the FFB2 and got them both to work with even the oldest sims I had lol.
Unfortunately my FFB2 broke last year, so I've been grounded until I can find something as good as my trusty Sidewinder. M$ may make average flight sims, but I will say this, the sticks they made to go with them were just awesome.
(Btw, anyone have suggestions for a stick? Preferably at least as high quality as the Sidewinder...)
