You'll need a program that converts mp3 to wav the cda (compact disk audio) is just a shortcut,
not a format if I remember right.
Shortcut points where the data (16bit 44.1 KHz wav file) is in the cd.
Some CD burner programs has converter built in, like
Nero which im using sometimes,
that came with the laptop I bought.
If not, then you'll need a program to convert mp3 to wave fromat at 16 bits, 44.1KHz.
and then use a burner program that can burn audio cd's.
dbpoweramp is perty cool cuz it has tons of converters and codecs. But its not free.
EAC is THE tool for making mp3's, burning audio-cd's and it's free.
I use the
LAME encoder to make my mp3's whenever possible.
Lame.exe that the EAC needs. That's free also.
Usually when you buy a PC it comes along with some sorta burner application which
oughta have converters built in. If not,
google mp3 to wav. Or just learn to use EAC, it's not extremely hard.
