Ok, i've pushed the idea a little further.
Not changed any LND file this time but i've referenced
a nice number of sub pens for
- La Spezia
- Bordeaux
- La Pallice
- St-Nazaire
- Lorient
- Brest
- Bergen
- Kristian Sand
- Trondheim
- Narvik
- Salamis
- Kiel
Each harbour has a text file with all the sub pens
localisation referenced and with, i hope, a clear enough
description of how i numbered them
(Lorient for exemple is a little tricky to explain
as there are 21 sub pens in 4 distinct groups)

As Rubini proposed, he is going to use the sub pen starting points
in his mod (harbour traffic).
