Not for all of them, I'm pretty certain.
I remember I took out the ships in 'wrong order' on one of the missions. I completed the primary objective first, and the mission quit and I didn't get a chance to complete the secondary objectives to get a full score. So I did the mission again, this time doing the secondary objectives first. Then the mission quit when I completed the primary objective and I got a full score...
