First, let me say, "Hi there." I'm pretty new to SH3, and am just in love with this game--especially the GWX Gold mod, with various other mods added. So, good to be here with you all.
I am having a problem with this site. Every time I try to download a file, whether I just downloaded, or haven't downloaded anything in 24 hours, I get this message saying I am trying to download too fast and must wait 2, or 3 seconds. But I can wait until the cows come home and I still get the same message. What's up wit dat?
