Well looks like you installed JSGME right by the file path. Check the mods themselves, the first folder should be in the MODS folder and named after said mod. The next folder inside should be the Data folder.

So to recap it should look like this MODS\RFB\Data. And if you like the Ohio and Skipjack, check out my Los Angeles class boat too.
