Yes i know the answer is "to pick up the phone!!" but everytime i do i see all the Flotillas presently available, all with "no request" beside them.
What denotes being allowed to transfer - I mean my present commander (mid/late '40, type IID out of the 1st Flotilla) has been promoted to Oberleunant Zee See has 6500+ renown and 45000+ tonnes (all in type II's), all the medals including the Knights cross with all them fiddly leaves, swords and diamonds attached and i 'm still not allowed to move! How much mre of an ace do i need to be! huh????
I ask as i'm trying to move from the 1st to the 2nd flottila as i haven't tried a Type IX yet - always stuck with a VIIC, as i have never transferred!
