Yea, that's exactly what I was gonna say.
It's pretty easy, actually, if you really want to make your own emblem. Check out the "Emblems" folder where the game's sub emblems are stored. Follow their format (in terms of .tga file type, color settings, and transparent color) exactly, and you can create whatever emblems you want.
