When I saw the story, I wanted to see who these countries were (it didn't list them). It's just a wealth transfer, bend over and smile.

If I were to save some money, I'd cut off every last penny of foreign aid, and I'd consider withdrawing all of our armed forces from Europe. Except for the UK maybe or anybody that wants us there.
