There is no suggestion that the mad hatter was gay, the march hare may have been mad but he was full of usual leporidea lusts for mating even in april so he asn't gay, the dormouse may have been slightly gay which perhaps explains why they wanted to put him in the teapot as a closet was not available. But a slight possible link to an as yet unproven allegation about one small mammal is not enough to write off a whole group as gay.
So please avoid the link between tea parties and gayness.
Just call them mad instead, especially as the opening post demonstrates how dormousecrazy they are with their request for local government to spend more so they can protest about government spending.
Actually the dormouse was clearly a very conservative wingnut. When he refers to the bat and questions its position in the world he is obviously talking about liberal moonbats.
