Heh i was about to ask the same thing, until i noticed that in the Generic mod enabler you can hover over the mods and it gives you a short description of what it does, except for the OLC-GUI.
Its an eye candy mod mostly and i really like it. Also accidentally pressing enter doesnt fire a torpedo anymore since they wont fire when the tube is closed
