Don't know what resolution you are using that the addition of Hogan's alley would interfere with the deck gun crew placement. It does however block my flak gunners ability to jump into action, like he wants to with those planes in tmo 1.9
That shortcut is handy for quicker reloading when i man the flak gun to combat the armed fishing boats while protecting my gun crew as they blow them out of the water
