The fastest way is to buy some decent hardware or plug-in the cd for a renewed stock experience. The 8k version - I was testing a version for the upcoming LSH version - actual was slower than the 16Km.
After some tuning now:
Stock - 8k: 200 fps
GWX - 8Km: 180 fps
GWX- 16 Km: 145 fps
SH5 Water 8K: 115 Fps
SH5 Water 8K: 16K: 94 fps
So beauty comes at a price.
