I went once through Valencia but returned north to stay three weeks at Orpesa del Mar in a pension of an Orange farmer. Great time! Very nice view from your summer home which I will never match over here (as you can see below)

You are right with the water having many colors. For creating the water I collected all kind of pictures with all kind of colors. And it is amazing what you will see. Green, blue, clear, fog etc. But as a modder as you know you make choices within restrictions.

Here two pictures of the north Sea at The Hague somewhere in May in which the surface reflection is fully visible. Everytime I visit the beach the situation is different due to, timing, clouds, tide, windspeed and direction etc. It is never the same. I can not see the sea from my house but I can hear it during storms and sometimes smell it.
