Hey chaparro.

The main problem is your GPU Fleet Command doesn't like Nvida graphic card.

There are a few thing you can do thought.

1. Install DirectX 9.
2. Adjust Window 7 for Best performance.
3. Turn off all background software.
4. Use the Glide wrapper files.
5. Set the Nvida driver to best performance.
6. Don't have the Task Manger running went the game is playing.
