The problem with including swaztika's out of the box is because it's too much of a liability. Both legally, and socially. Other games like COD include them because your not playing as a nazi. (MP not withstanding).

I remember an AddOn of "Medal of Honor" was shortly after the release taken off the market here in Germany because the publisher EA has left a swastika texture in the AddOn. The addon was re-released a few weeks later as modified version in Germany.
It's not that we are not allowed here in Germany to buy any games with swastikas. We can order them on an entirely private gain abroad via Amazon, Gamestop etc. if we proof we are age of 18 or older but just can't buy it in a public game store.
