Before following ducimus advice, make sure you have installed SH4, version 1.5 (the U-Boat Missions). It has all of the patches to the stock SH4, 1.4 version, built in. If you do not have it, you can purchase it online and download it. Next, load TMO 1.9
per ducimus' instructions, and you will be playing the most recent version of the supermod.
