If you want them to manually install it in the single mission folder, you just need to go to your single mission folder Find the folder containing your mission and zip the folder. Then a good idea is to zip a "Readme" file with your name and what version it works with (stock 1.4, stock 1.5 or whatever you used to create it.) Go to the download section and find the SH4 and there is a catagory for "Missions and Maps", upload it.
Or you could create a MOD out of it, so they can load and unload as they want to.
Make a folder:
"This is my mission" of couse a more descriptive name for it.
Inside put a "Data" folder
Copy you mission folder into the Data folder
Save your Readme into the Data folder, NOT into your mission folder (they won't see it if you do)
Zip it all.
Upload to the "Missions and Maps" catagory.
In my opinion 7z seems to give the best compression and it is free.
