The infantry. Not that it was great in TOW1 either, but it's really bad in TOW2. It wasnt that bad if you had infantry against infantry because they were both so bad that they couldnt hit eachother, but when you tried to assault AT gun from behind you usually ended up with 2-3 own squads KIA and the AT gun still there.
