ASUS
Okay I just got finished with a long mess with ASUS.
I bought a ASUS G71GX gaming laptop from them. The thing is a beast.
I love it.
But after one month of use major problems arose; video card, hard drive and memory failures. ASUS, gave me RMA and took it back without problems.
Then they kept it for a month! THAT IS RIGHT THEY HAD IT IN "REPAIR" FOR THE SAME TIME I HAD IT!
I would call them 3 times a week asking about it. And they said, we do not know what its status is.
I got really mad, and flipped on them.
They sent me my laptop back, repaired, with Windows 7 installed.
Great! But now when ever I move the laptop, weird sounds come from the speaker. As if the speaker is loose and hitting something!
I am pissed
