Whenever I had the reports of enemy convoys I was literally destroying them..altough i found a problem....trying to surface with snorkel up makes the trip a bit bouncy, specially on a XXI, can hit depths of 25 meters while "surfaced" at least 2-3 times before stabilizing at 6 meters.
You can add up the mod of "satellite view" which shows you the localization of all the convoys in the map
