If you had read the full text of "The People of Subsim.com vs Drebbel" you would realize that the trial was conducted under the laws of Subsim.com in which there are no "Miranda Rights".
I would like to call to the attention of Neal Stevens and Hitman that unlike the Drebbel case, which at least included SH related material, a Rick-Roll is complete deception and may cause actual mental harm. I believe a trial is in order.
