This should help you guys out a bit (note: in the tutorials certain functions/commands may be unavailable locked depending on the mission in play)

General

Esc: Exit to the menu
` : Jump to next unit
Alt + `: Jump to Previous unit
Enter: Toggle Game mode (Simulator – 3D tactics)
M: Toggle Game mode (Simulator – 2D tactics/Map)
+: Increase the game speed
-: Decrease the game speed
Pause: Pause
Scroll: Zoom in/out
Tab: Statistics (Multiplayer)
Z: Zigzag movement
X: Retreat
T: Turn Smoke screen on/off
N: Signal rocket
L: Floodlight
K: Show/Hide the Message Panel
V: Launch a plane from the catapult
O: Objectives
Page Up: Increase Radar range
Page Down: Decrease Radar range
Shift + Delete Ship self destruction (Multiplayer)
Print Screen: create screenshot
Simulator mode
W: Increase speed
S: Decrease speed, go astern
A: Turn left
D: Turn right

On Deck

1: toggle between machine-guns
2: toggle between guns
3: Switch to the third person view
4: Bridge (Rangefinder post on larger ships)
Right mouse button: activate binocs (when on bridge)
Firing (Gunboat)
LMB: Fire from the selected weapon
RMB: Aim
Space: Launch torpedo
В: Drop depth charge
R: Reload

Binoculars
Right mouse button: activate binocs (when on bridge)
MMB: Select the marked object as the primary target
1, 2: Select a weapon type to fire at the selected
target (heavy guns, medium guns, light guns,
torpedoes)
LMB: Attack the selected target
Group Commands
Alt+С: Open Command menu
F1: Follow me (default)
F2: Attack selected target
F3: Defend selected target
F4: Unit status

Repairs at sea
С: Toggle switch- Order crew to go under deck / man their station
F: Firefighting
G: Repair the engines

Formations
Shift + 1: Custom formation
Shift + 2: Line (frontal) formation
Shift + 3: Column (wake) formation
Shift + 4: Circle (all round) formation

Tactical Mode
LMB: Select/Fire selected weapon/ Defend
RMB: Follow/Auto Attack/Stop fire from the current weapon
MMB: Rotate camera (hold down & pan mouse)
Ctrl + RMB: Place/Delete waypoints
Backspace: Delete the last waypoint
Delete: Delete all waypoints
Up arrow: Move camera forward
Down arrow: Move camera backward
Left arrow: Move camera right
Right arrow: Move camera left
Shift: hold with above keys for fast camera movement
