On the subject of my problem. Last time it seemed to start to CTD more then minimize. I don't have any programs running that could minimize it.

I agree with the above on minimizing, something is taking away the focus, and probably not the problem but on my computer I run two monitors, if I accidently click in the second monitor it will minimize.
I am not familiar with the mods you are using, could there be any that are changing the keyboard commands? Is it possible you may be hitting a key that causes it?
