The left arrow; I thought initially they were
LIGHTENING HOLES (A hole cut in a plate to make it lighter and yet not reduce its strength) but it can't be as oil would just fall out
They can't also be hatch cover as they over the joins of the oil tanks
The mid red arrow; I imagine they are 45° plates. 3D drawing
right arrow - They are hatch covers for access to the oil tanks.
