for a start akulas are based in gadzhievo vidzhievo and sevdvinsk only the typhoons deltas and boreys are based in zapadnya litsa and the only people who know where it is are the guys who work there.

all i know is zapadnya litsa is about 100km from the border of scandinavia and asking an offical well theres no point they deny the existance of zapadnya litsa
