whilst on the subject; white captains cap. when your POV is from the bunk as you pan the view, you should also get a view of your cap sitting on your desk. caps are very individual and can be stylised, so how about selecting one from a drop list? personalising the sub. how about adding several pictures on walls or in frames. these should be modifiable to reflect your story. also posters that can be modifiable/personalised to suit too.
