Hmm.. thought it may have been an issue with TMO/RSRD so I tried with RFB/RSRD. Worked for a day until I tried running it this afternoon without altering the files at all.
Attempting to load a save just causes a CTD. Just reinstalled SH so hopefully that'll do the trick.
